Daydream Island Resort and Spa is celebrating the remarkable birth of three blacktip reef shark pups at the resort’s spectacular Living Reef lagoon. The pups have become the first known blacktip reef sharks ever to be seen born in an open air aquarium in Australia, closest in conditions to their natural reef environment. Despite their relatively common status in the tropical coral reefs of the Pacific and Indian Oceans, blacktip reef sharks have never been witnessed giving birth in the wild.

We need your help to name Daydream Island’s new baby shark pups for the chance to win a trip of a lifetime to the magical Daydream Island Resort and Spa.
