Award winning Daydream Island Resort & Spa, is seeking an enthusiastic, committed and hard working professional to join our team, in the position of Electrician. 

The ideal candidate will have a passion for people, with our team and the resort guests to ensure professional, timely and effective liaison at all times.  Experience and qualifications as an Electrician in a Hospitality/Resort environment will be highly regarded.

Reporting directly to the Chief Engineer, the main responsibilities of this position will be to tend to electrical maintenance issues around the property, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations.

A pro-active nature and focus on Workplace Health & Safety are key requirements of this role. 

The successful incumbent will be conscientious of time and people management, have broad range of Electrical skills and develop an understanding of the needs of an island resort.  Working within a busy team, this position will offer longevity, support and a motivated team.

This position requires you to live on the island in sole accommodation with free continental breakfast and subsidised rent and meals.
