• A la carte Restaurant

• Buffet Restaurant

• Conference & Weddings

• Cocktail Bars

We are looking for people with experience in similar positions in a 4 or 5 star hotel or resort environment.  The successful applicants will have a positive attitude and be committed to providing service excellence.  Applicants who are available for an immediate start will be highly regarded.   

This is a live on island position, so shared accommodation and meals will be provided at a subsidised rate.  We have great facilities for staff to use including a gym, pool, bar, movie room, mini golf, non motorised water sports and much more!
