Award winning Daydream Island Resort & Spa, is seeking an enthusiastic, committed and experienced Guest Service Agent to join our Front Office team.

If you have previous experience in a similar role within a 4 - 5 Star Hotel / Resort environment, a positive attitude, and are committed to providing service excellence for your guests, why not consider this Island adventure?!

The successful applicant will have previous experience with Fidelio PMS; excellent personal presentation, communication skills & telephone etiquette; possess attention to detail; be responsible & adhere to resort policies with regard to security and billing.

This is a live on island position and offers shared accommodation and meals at a subsidised price.
