From the moment we did the sight inspection, I could see that the event would be one which would be memorable. The size of the island was perfect for a group of 200, it contained the delegates but on the same note we were able to have 3 different events in 3 different areas of the island adding variety to every dinner venue without having to travel far. The food served to the group was top class, I don’t ever remember going to another venue and having the same quality of food served and I was even more impressed with the amount of food and the variety that was offered, truly magnificent. I have no hesitation in recommending Daydream Island to any future clients that may be looking at the Whitsunday’s, it was a memorable event and one that I am sure our delegates will be talking about for some time to come. Looking for our next event to top this one will be a tough challenge!

We recently ran a 100pax, Fuji Xerox Survivor Island incentive program on Daydream Island which was a huge success. The staff from the outset where very accommodating and flexible, able to quickly assimilate our needs and run with changes in our program requirements. I would highly recommend Daydream Island for a conference, incentive or executive retreat for many reasons, however, my top three would be of course location, senior staff attention to detail and cost effectiveness.

Our conference on Daydream Island was a huge success. The island location was a breathtaking backdrop to all of our conference and social functions, ideal for perfect mix of motivation, fun and relaxation. There was a great choice of activities to keep our delegates entertained and pampered during the weekend, when they weren’t relaxing by one of the pools. Most importantly for me the events team and staff were well prepared and handled every one of our requests and last minute changes with amazing professionalism. The attention to detail was faultless both in the lead up and during the conference. The highlight of our weekend was a gala dinner at the south end cinema at sunset- simply amazing!

The ability of Daydream’s team to execute our conference and meet all of the varying demands is a stand out from our recent successful visit. This enabled us to concentrate on the important tasks of ensuring successful business outcomes from our attendees. Right from our first meeting with Daydream’s events management team we were confident all our expectations would be exceeded. They indeed did a fantastic job and are to be congratulated.
