Daydream Island is welcoming Jesse McTavish and Adam D'Sylva to curate a once in a lifetime menu in collaboration with our Executive Chef Keith Le Ferve.
Sourcing local produce for his seasonally inspired menu, Jesse McTavish will be putting on his chefs hat at our exquisite Australiana restaurant, Inkstone Bar & Kitchen. Between the 9th and 15th of September, Jesse will be our very own in-house celebrity chef, creating a host of culinary experiences for all the island's foodies, with a special set menu for his final act. Fans of classic seafood and Australiana cuisine will be delighted in the menu that Jesse has put together just for us - so firm up those plans to visit the Great Barrier Reef's favourite island to take advantage of this unique opportunity. Say hi to Melbourne's favourite chef this Spring at our fine dining experience in Infinity restaurant. Bringing with him a specialised premium A La Carte menu from Coda that boasts seasonal and local flavours, Adam will be hosting a variety of experiences for guests to engage with as well as creating a set menu for his last night in-house. Adam's menu is designed with a passion for balanced flavours, seasonality and innovation in mind.
