How to Get to Daydream Island Resort
Begin your Daydream Island escape the moment you land by flying into Whitsunday Coast Airport (PPP), the gateway to Daydream Island, with access to the exclusive Daydream Island Guest Lounge.
On arrival at Whitsunday Coast Airport, make your way to the Daydream Island Guest Lounge (located in the arrivals lounge), where your onward journey to the island begins. Your shuttle transfer will take you from the airport to the Port of Airlie, where you will connect with the direct ferry to Daydream Island. Your luggage journey is also taken care of, allowing you to relax and enjoy the experience without having to manage your bags between the airport, shuttle and ferry.
If travelling from Hamilton Island, ferry transfers are available from Great Barrier Reef Airport (HTI Airport) and Hamilton Island Marina (approximately 30 minutes).
Ferry transfer bookings are essential and must be pre-booked in advance. Please note that the ferry schedule is subject to availability and transfers may change without notice.
