Retreat to Daydream Island with a Day Visitor Pass and immerse yourself amongst the island's surrounds and relax on island time for the perfect day in tropical paradise.

Your Day Visitor Pass entitles you to access to the South end of the Island where you will find:

  • our sparkling outdoor pool and sun lounges
  • Rumbah pool bar - opens daily from 10am to 3pm offering a range of cocktails, drinks and snacks
  • our South end gift shop.
  • access to Tonic Bar lounge to view the public fish feeding show 

Day Visitor Pass Prices:

  • Adult - $38
  • Child (3 - 12 years) - $19
  • Infant (0 - 2 years) - Free

Payment is required before arrival and your ferry ticket must be presented upon your arrival at the transit lounge. Please note that ferry transfers are not included in the Day Visitor Pass and must be pre-booked in advance



Day Visitor Activities Options:

We offer a great range of fun, educational and unique experiences throughout the day, these include;

  • Living Reef guided snorkel tour
  • Reef Rangers
  • Guided fish feeding tour
  • Stingray splash tour
  • Guided kayak or paddle board tours
  • Snorkling equipment is available for hire for $10 per person for the day.

Additional costs apply for all activities and they are not included in the Day Visitor Pass price.

Day Visitor Dining Options:

The Graze Restaurant is open daily until 10am for buffet breakfast. Cost for adults is $35 per person and children (3 - 12 years) is $14 per child.

Inkstone Restaurant is open daily from 12pm to 3pm for lunch.

Please note: This day visitor pass is based around the South end of the Island and does not permit access to the North end of the Island or accommodation areas unless you have a confirmed booking in our restaurant or a confirmed activities booking. Day visitors are not permitted to bring their own alcohol or any type of food or beverage onto the Island due to hygience practices. Appropriate social distancing and hygiene practices must be followed at all times. If you are showing flu like symptoms and/or have travelled recently from a declared COVID hotspot you will be denied entry to Daydream Island. All day visitors must read and agree to the conditions of entry of a day visitor to the Island. All day visitors must sign in and sign out of the day visitor log in the transit lounge upon arrival and prior to departure to the Island. Any day visitors not leaving the Island on the last scheduled ferry will be liable to pay for a water taxi to leave the Island. Daydream Island takes no responsbility for day visitors missing the last scheduled ferry.
